Beth works with individuals and groups teaching Pilates, fitness, body alignment, and movement in private and corporate settings. Her vast knowledge enables her to work with people of all ages, fitness levels and physical challenges.

SENIOR EXERCISE & HEALTH

Beth's passion is in helping and inspiring people to become more aware of their bodies, improve their posture, and increase strength, balance and flexibility.  Students and clients learn how to fully, and correctly activate and engage deep muscles to achieve greater tone and muscular symmetry. 

MOVEMENT & MEDITATION

Beth uses gentle release techniques and lengthening movements to help reduce stiffness and assist to create a more mobile and comfortable body. She also leads guided meditation sessions that help reduce stress and improve overall well being.
